WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Athletes must be registered members of the USASF.
Eligible attendees must be entering the 9th -12th grade in the fall. The Leadership series has a limited space capacity, therefore, any cancellations 14 days prior to the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Sessions may not be recorded.
All USASF cheer and dance member athletes who are entering 9th through 12th grades are eligible to attend this exclusive leadership development opportunity offered this summer.

SATURDAY — Varsity University Athlete Sessions
“Stretching Out Your Season and Warming Up for Success”
This presentation will go over muscle health and dynamic stretching that will help protect you as an athlete. The latest concepts designed by Eric Gibson using anatomically correct movements, will increase white muscle fiber & health, saving precious time gearing up for practice and improving your overall strength to keep you on top of your game all season long!
“Improving Your Jump Technique”
Focus on strengthening the muscles and the conditioning it takes to improve your jumps! Our renowned instructors take jump technique class to a whole new level. Learn new drills to your approach, height, technique and landing. This class will include jump conditioning, drills and so much more that’s sure to have your jumps wowing the crowd!
“Building a Solid Stunt Foundation”
“You can’t build a great building on a weak foundation. You must have a solid foundation if you’re going to have a strong superstructure.” – Gordon B Hinckley. Come see what it takes to have the best stunt technique in the business. Not only do our instructors know what it takes to be a strong base, flyer or back spot, they know how to build up athletes to become stunting machines.
“Positional and Situational Awareness”
Why is body awareness important in cheerleading? Learn what it takes for even the most elite gymnasts to control and safely execute skills within their level.
“Stunt Work with Your Coach”
A Coach and Athlete combined class! Come together to learn interesting and unique transitional stunts in every level! Work with your coach on new and fun elements for entrances and dismounts to take back to your team!
“What Does It Mean To Lead a Team?”
“Be the person others want to follow.” Learn what it takes from the industry’s best coaches and gym owners on leading a team as an athlete. Work through situational exercises to learn how others work and the best ways to approach real-life scenarios you face throughout your season.

Athletes must be registered and paid in full, 14 days prior to the event.
Athletes registering for BOLT or MARCH will receive a Workbook and Lunch or Dinner on Friday.
The BOLT/MARCH Leadership Course will be open for check-in 30 minutes prior to the start time.
